三文魚頭豆腐湯 Salmon head Tofu soup



材料:
1. 大約 325 克 = 11. 46 oz, 半邊三文魚頭
2. 大約 200 克 = 7 oz, 三文魚魚腩
3. 1 湯匙油
4. 3 片薑
5. 700 ml = 24 fl oz, 滾水
6 1 茶匙檸檬汁
7. 1 茶匙紹興酒
8. 300 克 = 10. 60 oz, 板豆腐
9. 2 塊生菜
10. 15 克 = 0. 53 oz, 芫茜

醃料:
1. 半茶匙鹽
2. 1 茶匙紹興酒

調味料:
1. 1 茶匙鹽
2. 1/4 茶匙糖
3. 少許胡椒粉
4. 1 茶匙日本魚粉 = dashino - moto

Salmon head Tofu soup

Ingredients:
1. around 325 grams = 11. 46 oz, half salmon head 
2. around 200 grams = 7 oz, salmon fish belly
3.1 tbsp oil 
4. 3 slices ginger
5. 700 ml = 24 fl oz, boiling water
6. 1 tsp lemon juice
7. 1 tsp shaoxing wine
8. 300 grams = 10. 60 oz, pressed tofu, medium firm
9. 2 pieces lettuce
10. 15 grams = 0. 53 oz, coriander

Marinade:
1. 1/2 tsp salt
2. 1 tsp shaoxing wine

Seasoning;
1. 1 tsp salt 
2. 1/4 tsp sugar
3. a pinch of pepper
4. 1 tsp japanese fish powder: Dashino -- moto
