纖腰收腹餐單


纖腰收腹餐單(3天為1個循環,可減2 – 5吋)

1) 溫熱水1杯
2) 生果2個 <陰性體質加喝一杯薑茶或不生吃蔬果吃一碗水煮雜菜>
3) 脫脂乳酪半杯
早餐至午餐之間如感飢餓,可吃3個蒟蒻椰果。

午餐:
1) 水煮菜1碗
2) 瘦身湯1碗 <只喝湯>
3) 水煮蛋1隻

下午茶:
1) 脫脂牛奶或豆漿1杯
2) 蒟蒻椰果5個

晚餐:
1) 水煮菜1碗
2) 瘦身湯1碗 <只喝湯>
3) 魚肉或雞胸肉1塊(如半隻手掌大小)或豆腐2塊(每塊如半隻手掌大小)
4) 〈玫瑰草本茶〉1杯

注意事項:
1. 此瘦身餐單每兩星期只可進行1次,一個月不能超過2次,而且完成三天纖腰收腹餐後的七天,
回復平常飲食習慣後,每餐只可以吃六分飽,但可少吃多餐。 
(如三天纖腰收腹餐 → 七天每餐六分飽 → 七天正常飲食 → 三天纖腰收腹餐)
2. 飲用排毒酵精進行體內環保,清除宿便、排出體內毒素、淨化體質,纖腰收腹效果更好。
3. 每天搖呼啦圈30 – 40分鐘,腰腹的線條會更加明顯。(可分早晚兩次做)
4. 想腰、腹瘦得更快,可配合〈纖體乳霜〉使用。

早餐:
溫熱水+ 水果+ 脫脂乳酪

午餐:
水煮菜 + 瘦身湯+ 水煮蛋

下午茶:
脫脂牛奶 + 蒟蒻椰果

晚餐:
水煮菜+  瘦身湯 + 雞胸肉 / 魚  /  豆腐(三選一)

Reduce Belly Fat Recipe
(3 days per cycle, can reduce 2-5 inches)

Breakfast
Warm water 1 cup + Fruit 2 pcs + Fat free yogurt 1/2 cup
(could eat 3 pcs of Nata de Coco if you feel hungry)

Lunch
Boiled vegetable 1 bowl + Fat Burning Hot and Sour Soup or any healthy soup 1 bowl + Boiled egg 1 pc

Tea time
Fat free milk or soy bean milk 1 cup + Nata de Coco 5 pcs

Dinner
Boiled vegetable 1 bowl + Fat Burning Hot and Sour Soup or any healthy soup 1 bowl + fish or chicken meat 1 pc/ bean curd 2 pcs + Natural Herb Tea 1 cup

Remarks

- This is a 3 days dieting recipe which can reduce 2-5 inches.  You can do this diet for once per 2 weeks and not over twice per month.  After finish the 3 days dieting recipe, do not eat more than 70% per meal.
- Take 1-2 pack Intestine Cleanser per week.
- Play 30-40 minutes hula hoop everyday.
- Could keep use with firming cream.
